What to Tell Us
The more context you give us, the more useful the first conversation will be. If you know them, share:
Where you are thinking of going — one destination or several. When you are planning to travel — approximate dates or season is enough. Who is traveling — number of people, ages if a family trip. What kind of trip you are imagining — cultural, culinary, beach, adventure, or a combination. Any specific experiences you know you want — or things you want to avoid.
If you do not know any of these yet — that is fine too. Helping you figure it out is part of what the conversation is for. Many of our best trips have started with nothing more than a destination name and a rough timeframe.
What Happens Next
After you reach out, one of our Mediterranean travel specialists will contact you — typically within one business day — to schedule a call at a time that suits you.
That call usually runs 20–30 minutes. By the end of it, you'll have a clear sense of what your trip could look like, what it's likely to cost, and whether working with Anemos is the right fit for what you're planning.
There is no obligation and no pressure. If we're not the right match for your trip, we'll tell you that too.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the initial consultation free?
Yes, always. The first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. We discuss your trip, answer your questions, and give you an honest picture of what is involved before any decisions are made.
How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day by email, same day by phone during office hours. Weekend emails are answered first thing Monday morning.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
Not at all. Many clients start with nothing more than a destination and a rough idea of timing. The consultation is designed to help you figure out the rest.
Do you work with clients outside New York?
Yes, we plan trips for clients across the United States and beyond. Most of our planning conversations happen by phone or video call. The Astoria office is available for in-person consultations by appointment.
How far in advance should I contact you?
For peak season travel — June through August — particularly to popular destinations like Santorini, the Amalfi Coast, and Tuscany, contacting us 10 to 12 months ahead gives us the best options. For shoulder season travel, six to nine months is usually sufficient. For off-season itineraries, three to six months generally works. The earlier we talk, the more options
