DAY 1: Amman (D)

Upon arrival at Queen Alia Airport meet our representative who will assist you through the customs and immigration procedures. And then transfer to a hotel in Amman for dinner and overnight.

 

DAY 2:  Umm Qais - Jerash (B, D)

Today at 8 am, depart for a visit to the mighty Crusaders Castle of Ajlun (Qalat Rabadh) 45 minutes north of Amman, This is an Islamic Castle built high on a hill overlooking the entire Jordan valley below. At noon continue through the pine forests and olive groves until you reach the ancient Greco-Roman city of Jerash. The guide will take you for a tour through the colonnaded street, amphitheater, churches, temples, and the vast Roman Forum.  Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.   

 

DAY 3: Amman and Desert Castles  (B, D)

After breakfast we will go for an Amman city tour we will visit the Amphitheater the Citadel and drive to the Desert Castle of Azrak 110 km northeast of Amman far out in the desert. The 8th Century Omayyad Castles do Jordan's Eastern with relics of the Caliphates of Damascus representing fortresses, Pleasure Palaces, watch- post and hunting lodges. You will visit three surprising examples of Islamic art and architecture (Azrak, Amra, and Kharaneh Castles). Return to hotel,   overnight

 

 DAY 4: Amman - Petra (B, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, departure for a tour south of Amman to visit Madaba and Mount Nebo the highest in the Moabit range which has been a center for pilgrimages since the earliest Christian times. Madaba has some of the finest Byzantine mosaics in the world including the famous 6th-century mosaic map of Palestine. After that drive via King’s highway via Wadi Al Mujib a deep and majestic cut through rugged highlands that drains into the Dead Sea, then continue To Visit Kerak Castle, It is located on the south side of the town of Kerak, 124 km south of Amman. Kerak is the largest late Islamic castle in Jordan. It was initially constructed in the Crusader period and expanded and refortified during the Ayyubid and Mamluk periods. Continue to Petra and overnight.

 

DAY 5:  Petra (B, D)

After breakfast, a full-day tour of the Red Rose City Petra. Upon arrival, you will begin an unforgettable trip on horseback to the siq, the main entrance to the ancient city of Petra, and continue on foot till you reach the Treasury. The local guide will give a brief history of the city the greatest Tourist attraction in the Middle East. The Nabateans carved this capital of theirs from the living rock of the surrounding mountains in Petra. Among other monuments for the visitors, today are Pharaoh's Castle, the Triumphal arch, the Amphitheater, and Monastery.   

 

DAY 6: Petra – Wadi Rum (B, D)

After breakfast drive to little Petra (Al-Beidah) 8 km from Petra the ruins of the ancient village date back some 9000 years and, like Jericho constitute one of the oldest archaeological sites in the Middle East after that Drive 105 km south to Wadi Rum a vast, silent landscape of ancient riverbeds and pastel-colored, the largest and most magnificent of Jordan's desert. Continue on a 2-hour 4X4 tour inside the desert to the campsite. Dinner and overnight under a goat hair tent and the starry sky.

 

DAY 7: Wadi Rum – Dead Sea- Amman (B, D)

After breakfast drives down to the lowest point on Earth the Dead Sea 400 meters below sea level. Here by the Dead Sea beach and pool, you have a chance to enjoy a swim in the buoyant waters or cover yourselves in mud said to restore your health and beauty. After that drive to Amman for   overnight

 

DAY 8: Amman (B)

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Airport.
